Conformity Control Process

Preparation and Planning

Product and intended use, relevant standards along with criteria to be used in conformity control are determined.
National and international standards, legal regulations, and customer requirements are taken into account. Necessary equipment and tools are prepared.

Data Collection and Recording

After initial observation, detailed conformity checks are being carried out as per defined standards. All checks are recorded and detailed photos are taken as a proof. Each inspection point and control results are recorded in detail.

Analysis and Evaluation

All collected data are analyzed and evaluated. Measurement results are compared with defined standards and criteria. The conformity status of products or processes is determined. Non-compliant situations and deviations are identified.

Reporting

Control results are compiled into a detailed report and presented to the customer. 

Container Suitability Inspection
The compliance of containers with international transportation standards is inspected.
The robustness of its physical structure, lids, and locking mechanisms is examined.
Any damage or corrosion on the inner and outer surfaces is checked.

Hold Cleaning Inspection
The cleanliness and hygiene conditions of ship holds are inspected.
It is ensured that residues of previous cargoes are completely cleaned.
It is verified that the necessary cleaning standards are met to minimize the contamination risk for new cargoes.

Ultrasonic Hold Watertightness Test
Watertightness tests of ship holds are conducted using ultrasonic methods.
The water and air tightness of hold covers and other access points are checked.
It prevents leakage and damage risks during cargo transportation.
