General Supervision Services Process

Inspection Request

Customer needs and requirements are determined. Methods of supervision covering the scope is chosen and an expert assigns to the job. Customized solutions for each customer need is sorted.

Supervision

Assigned inspector is present at the time and place of the inspection and throughout the operation. Necessary actions and records are taken. Customer is informed in case of any deviation from initial agreement and requirement.

Conclusion and Reporting 

Data obtained during inspection are analyzed and evaluated. Results are shared with the customer and assessed. A detailed inspection report is prepared. As per customers requirement the report includes the inspection process, conducted analyses, and obtained results.

Loading and Unloading Inspection
Loading and unloading inspection of a cargo is supervising the whole operation, any damage or loss on the cargo is recorded and related parties are informed immediately.  

Sealing
Sealing of containers, ship holds or any vehicles is critical for safe transportation. Sealing is performed according to specified method instructions ensuring to avoid unauthorized access to the product without breaking the seal.  

Packaged Goods
Depending on customer requirement; number, integrity, size of packages can be determined. Label information can be crossed checked as per given example. General condition and any operation on packages can be supervised. Detailed photos are taken as a proof.
