Quantity Determination Process

Preparation and Planning

Information about the products to be measured is collected based on customer requests.
Details such as type, packing, approximate quantity, storage or transportation conditions of the product are determined. Necessary equipment and tools are prepared.

Observation and Initial Measurements

Calibrations and intermediate control records of measurement devices are checked. Initial weighing or measurements are taken.

Measurement and Recording

Measurements are carried out according to the defined method and standards and then recorded in detail. Each measurement point and value is recorded.

Data Analysis and Verification

The collected measurement data is analyzed. Measurement results are compared with expected values or the result of an alternative quantity determination method. The accuracy and reliability of measurements are verified.

Reporting

Measurement results are compiled into a detailed report and presented to the customer.
