Sampling Process

Planning and Preparation:

The sampling process begins with meticulous planning. Location, time, and methods for sampling are determined. Necessary equipment and materials are prepared according to the relevant products and processes.

The sampling process is carried out according to the type of product and relevant standards.

Labeling and Recording:

Samples are labeled and recorded to ensure accurate and reliable analysis. Sample/lot information including the place and time of sampling and other important details are written on the samples taken.

Sample Preparation Process

Sample Separation and Cleaning:

Samples are brought to sample preparation laboratory. All equipment to be used for preparation and the area of preparation are cleaned to avoid any contamination.

Homogenization:

Samples are prepared according to the properties to be analyzed. Processes such as crushing, grinding or drying are performed as necessary.

Preparation Before Analysis:

Samples are homogenized to ensure consistency in analysis. This process ensures that every part of the sample has the same characteristics.

Storage and Protection:

Samples are labelled/sealed upon the preparation and stored under appropriate conditions. Measures are taken to prevent samples from deteriorating or changing their chemical properties.

Sampling procedures are conducted in accordance with relevant standards, enabling products to be evaluated based on defined quality and reliability criteria.
